I completed a successful QSO via AO-91 satellite and I have received and completed a log for the QSO in eQSL but when I check the eSatellite award the QSO is not listed and I am told that I have earned no credits for this award. I can see in my outbox that the SAT NAME is correct (AO-91), the SAT MODE is set as "UV" and the MODE|SUBMODE is set to "FM". Both myself and my QSO contact have AG status. This is my first Satellite QSO so can you please advise why the QSO does not appear against this award.

HI,
From what you report here, I would say that everything should be OK....now, we have to check the case and see what's wrong ....? what callsign ?

Hi,
The callsign of my contact is M0NPT. The date/time of the QSO was 28Jul2020 11:16Z and the upload date/time was 28Jul2020 12:58Z. The eQSL from M0NPT is in my archive box and my outbound eQSL is in my outbox.

I replied in a Private Message
SAT_NAME_____SAT_MODE_____MODE | SUBMODE__RST
for instance :
IO117____________UU_________PKT_____________599
all mandatory ! including a report the sat mode reflects on the band(s) used
....and obviously, your qso partner MUST be AG and not flagged as INVALID for eWARDS (cross-posted qso's, rules infringement....)
LOTW has no SAT awards, SAT mode is enough, here we have satellite awards and we need all the fields above, the SAME BOTH SIDES to get a match

I have the same issue...I have had several QSO's with with AG members on satellites that don't appear when I update my eSatellite award standings. I had attributed this to errors made when the member confirmed the QSO, but I have had too many QSO's that never give credit against my eSatellite standings.
Very discouraging after the effort made to make the contacts.

I have had similar issues... 4 different satellite contacts verified in LoTW and NOT in eQSL :(
I contacted eQSL and a representative basically stated they are incorrect entries. HUH? They are VERIFIED in LoTW !!!!
I tried correcting the issues and I finally gave up. I still upload to eQSL for other hams' benefits but I really won't bother for downloading verifications.
