Hi to all, I'm asking myself why, a dx-pedition manager, could not post on eqsl.cc his logs. After 5 years since the end of the activity, in example, we all suppose that who is really interested in getting the card, has sent to manager his direct request... so, after a resonable time, supposed 4 or 5 years, manager can upload the logs and in this manner the confirm in one or more bands could be sent to all persons who didn't ask it directly or sent request via bureau or didn't received anything for any possible reason.
