I think what I'm asking is, are signal reports part of the QSO matching process? In other words, if my QSO information (time, mode, date, etc) all match, but I received a 579 on air and a 599 on the QSL, does this eliminate the QSL? Thanks! Dave KB3MOW KB3MOW Dave Corio |
