thanks for the information Jan-Martin; I have set up individual 'sub-accounts' for each activation (location & dates) and that has sorted the problem out. It is 'top heavy' but thats what the system needs to work properly.

Thanks for your reply Espen.
You are correct and I have created 'sub-accounts' for each indiviual activation and date(s), that has sorted the problem out.
It all looks 'top heavy' but that's the way it needs to be done.
