Hm. Very confusing. I've kind of had the same problem myself. Sometimes eQSL accounts have problems, and when that happens, you can't use their eQSL's for awards. I would just say (as an assumption) that you just got unlucky and all these QSL's you're getting have problems with their accounts. This is very likely not the problem, but I have no idea what to say.
