Quote: In Ham Radio Deluxe logger, set up your eQSL information, then select the contacts you wish to upload. Right-click on the group and select eQSL upload. No intermediate ADIF step required.
In fact, if you just select all, it will automatically not upload the dupes you already have in eQSL.

Step 1 Select the contacts you want to upload to eQSL Step 2 Click on logbook in the top menu in the drop-down will appear, hover over eQSL and another drop-down will apear, click on upload Step 3 If this is the first time you are doing this you will then have to enter in your username and password, a little message if you want.
Basically that is all, then if you go to your outbox you will see that the cards have been sent
Absolutely awesome

Okay, not sure what I've done now, I clicked save and exit and the card seems to be displaying properly when I look at it in my out box, and maybe I forgot to click save and exit, I'm sure I did. I'm assuming that any changes I make will affect existing cards I have already sent?

Something is concerning me. I decided to make my own QSL card in photo shop. Now I think I have set things up correctly. I went into "MY Eqsl design" and then clicked on "step 2 - eQSL Designer Tool" I made sure I disabled all the information that had the radio button next to it, address, callsign ETC,. The card now displays only the information I created in photo bucket. However if I go into my outbox and click on edit next to the card and then display card, all the default information is there, callsign, address I'm hoping that this is just the way the software shows the card and all this extra information is not being printed on the card, if it is it's going to look a real mess.

I really wanted to say a few words and congratulate the developers of the software. I have been a licensed radio ham since 1995, I have also been disabled since 1986 and have very limited movement in my arms, and no movement whatsoever in my fingers.
Although I am able to write to a certain degree, writing QSL cards is really not possible so I've always had to get somebody else to do it for me.You can imagine my absolute joy when I came across eQSL only a couple of weeks ago. I use my PC for just about anything nowadays, it really is my lifeline. The eQSL software enables me to send cards to the people I have spoken to without having to ask for any outside assistance. Okay, not everyone uses a system but I'm sure that within time more and more people will use it and then everyone will then receive my card.
I love using photo shop so I am able to make up a reasonably nice card, and if I want I can change the design any time I like. It's all very well having 1000 cards made up for you, but sometimes situations change and being able to send cards electronically means you can save yourself a lot of money. Once again, thank you for developing the software. I hope you realise that this software will help the disabled radio ham community more than you will ever realise. I am certainly going to promote it on my websites http://www.tetraplegicliving.com/amateur-radio-my-hobbies

I use the logging program within ham radio deluxe. I only discovered eQSL a couple of weeks ago and have been getting to grips with it. I've gone through the instructions quite a few times and I'm pretty sure I am doing things right. However, if you could clarify a couple of pointers, I would be very grateful.
When I download my log from HRD, I export it as a ADIF. I do however have three options, ADIF, ADIF + HAM RADIO DELUXE & eQSL. I have been exporting just as a ADIF. The first time I uploaded my ADIF to eQSL, I uploaded the whole log. The second time I did it I had a lot of errors in red, I assumed this was because some entries already existed on the system. So when I have been downloading the ADIF, I have only been selecting new contacts, and I don't get any errors. As soon as I upload the ADIF, everything seems to be sent automatically.
So I am asking whether this is the correct way of doing things? What would happen if I selected eQSL or ADIF + HAM RADIO DELUXE.
thank you in advance

After reading how to send eQSLs, it states that you have to scan your license and upload it. Is this still the case? I am able to receive eQSLs from other people. I have sent various eQsls myself but I'm not even sure if they have been sent. Could someone please help me out?

Okay guys, you can ignore this post I found the link to change the instructions to English. Maybe you could make it a little bit bigger and obvious . Anyway, loving the software

Are all the instructions in the developers own language? don't get me wrong, I really love eQSL, but it's a little bit difficult following instructions if you can't read them.
