i had my /p account OK but my Callsign End Date finished. When I renewed my license and tried to change the Callsign End Date system showed an error - Please check your Callsign/QTH Start Date and End Date.


when I changed Callsign End Date system showed another error -

You cannot make a change to the first 4 characters of the Grid Square.
You cannot change your QTH after someone has already displayed/printed your cards. You cannot change your QTH if you already have Authenticity Guaranteed status. Contact Support if you need to change your QTH information.

I tried to change the Grid Square but the system did not allow to do so. what am I doing wrong?
