I have two accounts, one from 1998 at my old New Jersey location, and another from 2004 through the present at my new Vermont location. I entered my postcard code and am authenticity guarenteed on my NJ account, but it did not seem to show up on my current Vermont account.

Do I have to do it again with another postcard?

I found the answer to my own question. The window space to enter the authentication code does not appear with Firefox. I logged in with Internet Explorer, the window space appeared, and I entered the code.

It appears that this site is not entirely compatable with Firefox.
