Good Morning, one friend on mine I2BYE is an old callsing who lives near to me. He is registrered in e-qsl but he uses very little. He wants to put his cards qsl about 18.000 into e-qsl from along time to today. Is it possible? I will help him in this activity. Good morning, from my point o view if anyone do not reply and confim the qso within a year from the send of log/outbox must be banner from e-qsl. This is the only way to obtain the confirm for exemple IRAN and many other countries. 73 Domenico IZ2XAH Domenico Paulicelli

the issue is not whether one has or has not had the good fortune to receive the QSL. I think that we do solve the problem. Falkland live in a few people and it is unlikely that it is possible to increase the number of ham. They say they do not have time to respond to the many qsl. We can help them if we know their passwards as I did for two Italian friends of mine who have offered to be helped and I have introduce them in e-qsl. to no avail my attempts (in frequency and by e-mail) to reach a consensus on the part of amateur Falkland islands. It's problem. The few radioamateur who live in those islands do not cooperate as ethically required if a person becomes radioamateur. IZ2XAH Domenico Paulicelli |
