The answer is probably staring me in the face but how do I confirm/reply to a SWL report if there is no Tick against the entry?

Thank you Dave. Your information worked until a right-click on the screen did not bring up the 'save-as' dialog. However, I could from the File menu. I changed the extension to .adif and it worked.

I tried downloading my archive as .adif file but it comes up as a text file every time. I want to import those QSLs into my HRD logbook but although the number of records shown imported is correct, the logbook is blank.
