As a young boy I have been a SWL quite long time. I was very pleased to receive QSL-cards from hams all over the world. It was great that my Listenings cards were replied to. So please consider one or two "rotten apples" as a fact and do not deny all those good boys and girls who are SWL's and attending to become a ham in future too.
