Hi Dave, I have the same problem with Andy VK5MAV, I might miss something when setting up an eqsl account and now just realized that the IOTA Reference Number that appears as OC-002 is not OC-021.
And I can not change it, just a recommendation to contact Support.
Can you or anyone from Support fix it for me?
