Access to UA1TBN account is not required. When trying to recover UA1TIH password, an email does not come to his address ua1tih@mail.ru. Presumably it goes to ua1tbn@mail.ru
You just need to change the address to its real ua1tih@mail.ru in the UA1TIH Alexey L. Krylov profile.

Моего товарища UA1TIH регистрировал на сайте UA1TBN Alexander Arendatelev. При регистрации он указал свой адрес. После смерти UA1TBN доступ к аккаунту утерян. Подскажите пожалуйста как Алексею UA1TIH восстановить доступ на свой адрес или через меня. Достоверность информации гарантирую.
