eQSL doesn't sync with QRZ. The other party must also be an eQSL member and log your QSO. Yeah, it's frustrating, as there are some folks that only log here, only log there, etc.

On this page: https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/extUSA-CAStandings.cfm
There is a link towards the top of the page with text: "rules for the USA-CA award" URL: javascript:popupFullPage('http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/usacarul.html',0,0,800,600)
The correct link for the CQ USA-CA award rules page is: https://cq-amateur-radio.com/cq_awards/cq_usa_ca_awards/cq_usa_ca_awards.html
So in theory, the URL could be replaced with: javascript:popupFullPage('https://cq-amateur-radio.com/cq_awards/cq_usa_ca_awards/cq_usa_ca_awards.html',0,0,800,600)

QSL's sitting in your inbox are the ones that are matched. They sit in your inbox to give you the opportunity to view them - hit the DISPLAY button. To make them go away, click the checkbox and hit ARCHIVE. You can select all and use the button that says "move all checked to archive".

Yeah, it's a bit tough right now. You have to look at the award rules and figure out which ones you're missing. A map or even a listing with checkboxes would be a great addition.
