This is the situation. I will try to keep it as much to the point as possible. I have an old account K6EZY. I upgraded my license and got a new call sign N5EZE. I set up an account for the new account. Every time I try to upload a log to N5EZE I get the following error for each entry YYYYMMDD=20070619 13:27 DATE/TIME outside profile - Login to different account I have emailed support 3 days in a row and haven’t received any response.
