Since I receive a lot of QSL´s from Satellite Contacts via QO-100, I am blocked from the EAwards.
I receive Cards with Band 13cm and no SAT Entry. That´s wrong, but I confirm some of them.
Is it possible to unlock my EAward restriction

Hello and good Morning,
after some problems with crosspost EQSL and QSL in OUTBOX from my old Call, I deleted them this morning.
No cross-post and QSL before my Call Date was valid are in Outbox.
But I am still blocked from the EAward Program
