Formating of text when Rejecting eQSL Feb 26, 2025 12:32 PM

Hi I have been in the process of cleaning up faulty logged qso's. I have a callsign that I only use for "/P" operation, and when I checked yesterday there were 400 hams that had forgotten "/P". I rejected all ( hard work  ) one by one.I used the option "Other" and wrote a text in the box. Later I realised that the text that was in the box was not deleted which didn't look so good. Here is an opportunity for improvement. One german ham got very upset...... So I had to write hin a story about I was doing. I have tried to re-formulate the message I send - just to find out that line breaks are deleted in the textbox. It turned out like this: " Dear 5P0O, This is OZ4WWFF. I have examined a log entry you uploaded for a QSO on February 26, 2025 at 12:14 on the 20m band and found a problem with the eQSL: Dear OM/YL Thank you very much for your QSL. When I use the callsign "OZ4WWFF" it is always "/P". I create a new QSL card every time I activate and therefore it is important that you log the QSO as "OZ4WWFF/P". Please change "OZ4WWFF" to "OZ4WWFF/P" so that you can get the QSL card I have made for the exact area I was in that day. Når jeg bruger kandesignalet "OZ4WWFF" er det altid "/P". Jeg opretter et nyt QSL-kort hver gang jeg aktivere og derfor er det vigtigt at du logger qso'en som "OZ4WWFF/P". Venligst ret "OZ4WWFF" til "OZ4WWFF/P" så du kan få det QSL-kort jeg har lavet til netop det område jeg var i den dag.
