I agree with you Steve. A check all button, or delete all would be great. This would keep them more current.

Hey Dave, could this be done with the option of someone opting out of it if they wish? Then you wouldn't be bombarding them with stuff they didn't want.

Oh I don't know, maybe a reminder every couple of months or so.

Thanks Rich, and Tom for posting it here. I'm new to the "community"

I see what you mean Rich, about trying to notify everyone. Like Tom mentioned, is there a way to automatically remind users that they have cards waiting? Maybe give them an "incentive" or "upgrade if they log on every so often. More people using the system means good advertisement for EQSL.

I know you can check for yourself on the home page, even non-users can check. I know several members myself that have cards waiting, but have never uploaded their logs. Both parties could benefit this way. I guess some may register just to receive cards with no intention of uploading their logs.

Oh, nice to meet you at Dayton a couple of years ago. My wife and I stopped by to chat with you and Dave for a bit. Keep up the good work!

Tom,

Thanks for the reply. I like the idea of the system generated reminder. I could be done to simply let everyone know that by them checking their cards, they are helping someone else out too.

I know what you mean about the "pressure". There could be a way to opt out of it if you didn't want to receive the messages. Maybe Dave can come up with something creative. Like an "incentive" or "upgrade" for accounts that are checked say once a month or so.

And, Happy New Year to you as well.

Is there a way to send out a reminder to everyone that hasn't picked up their card? I've done it individually and it takes forever. I noticed that after you upload your log, and the other user is initially notified, it won't let you notify them again. Thanks!
