SSB contacts not good for Mixed eWAS? Nov 23, 2011 11:42 PM

My eWAS on the My Awards shows 51 contacts for SSB but only 50 for Mixed. Are some SSB contacts not usable for the Mixed Award or are states counted differently for the two awards? That would be strange indeed. I do understand about the MD / DC issue but one would assume that the same rules would apply to all awards. My hunch is that this is a software error. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I requested a number of printed cards but I have not yet received cards from EQSL.cc. My postage account is funded and still has money in it after requesting the cards. I guess my question is how often are cards mailed and how can I find out if my cards have been mailed? Digging around on the website gives me the impression that cards are mailed once or twice each week but it does not specifically say that. Is there a maximum wait time at EQSL.cc before cards are mailed? It's OK if the cards I have requested are just waiting to be printed and mailed - I just would like to know the status.
