The DARC (German equivalent to ARRL) rules for the WAE award can be found here: http://www.darc.de/uploads/media/dxawrule.pdf
Maybe this will give you some ideas on implementing an eWAE award.

Hi Graham,

It's not just you. There have been many times when I had cards in my InBox and never received email notification... other times I do receive email notifying me that I have cards waiting. I also have a folder set up for spam, and have never found anything from eQSL in it.

DX » Working towards an eDX100 Jan 26, 2009 06:29 AM (Total replies: 8)

Hi Diego,
I too am working toward the eDX100 award. I currently have 97 confirmed with 4796 QSO's in my OutBox and 454 in my Archive. I actually have had a much better return rate with traditional paper QSL cards... I have 289 DX entities confirmed that way from the same 4796 QSO's. However, eQSL is still a relatively new aspect of our wonderful hobby, and new users are coming on line every day. So be patient, continue making and submitting QSO's and some day you will be rewarded with the 100 confirmations you need. Please pass the word about eQSL to all your fellow hams when you are on the air and encourage them to join and become AG.

Good Luck, Good DX, and 73 de KU4BL - Brian

Thanks again for all the info Andy. I guess I'll shoot Al - NH7O an e-mail and see what happened. It's not really that big an issue as I have Hawaii confirmed many times over thru traditional QSL cards as well as thru LoTW... as a matter of fact, the very contact I was referring to here with NH7O has been confirmed thru LoTW. Hawaii is only a new entity for me here on eQSL, so I'm not too concerned about it. Thanks again for your help and the quick response.

Thanks for the input Andy. I guess I just misunderstood how the system works. I didnt realize it was necessary to manually confirm QSL's from my inbox, especially after reading this statement from the site "Click on the CONFIRM icon if you want to send an eQSL back with the same information. (But there is no need to do this manually if you regularly upload your entire log in ADIF format.)" I've had dozens of cards go thru my inbox that I never confirmed... just displayed and archived them... so maybe I need to go back and manually confirm these QSO's somehow so the other station will receive credit for the contact. Maybe the site admins should clarify this so that everyone will receive proper credit for their QSO's. Thanks again for your help... 73, Brian

I recently worked NH7O who is an eQSL AG member... but am not getting credit for this QSO. The contact shows up in my OutBox as having been displayed and archived by NH7O, but when I check in my archive, it does not show up. This would be a new confirmed entity for me, so I would like to receive credit for the QSO. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced problems like this, and if you were able to correct it.
