Is there a way to determine the date on which the other station entered the eQSL information on a QSO with me?
So far, all I can find is the date of the QSO.

Bert, As far as I can tell there is no way. However, if you put the call into the search box, it will tell you when that station last logged in. For instance, when I did your call it showed:
"Saint Paul, MN USA Ramsey county Grid Square EN34jv (see map below) CQ Zone: 4 Effective dates at this QTH: 01 Jun 1977 00:00 to 31 Dec 2030 00:00 I logged in 17 minutes ago "
