i have several contacts for states i am missing, these contacts have been verified with return qsl's and are (ag) verified. How do i get these contacts credited to my awards.

Charles,
Can you list a few of those calls with the dates you made the QSOs? Sometimes it may take a few days to get them credited for your eAwards.
