I received an e-mail saying that I received an eQSL from F5GN (received the e-mail yesterday afternoon) but there's nothing in my eQSL inbox. I checked the Archive and Rejected sections to make sure it hadn't been accidentally moved or rejected but there's nothing there as well.

Jim,
F5GN may have deleted the eQSL before you had a chance to display it. I believe that once an eQSL is Displayed and Archived, it can not be deleted. Maybe F5GN will reload it, or you could try to send him an email. 73 Andy - n1ork N1ORK Orest 'Andy' Zajac |

Wow - thought it was just me! I just got a notification - went to my Inbox - nuttn' honey!
 UPDATE! I realized the QSL Notification Date fell within my previous callsign. So, I went to ACCOUNTS and changed to previous call and bingo - there was the card! Now, KD2BIP - looks like you never had a previous callsign - so my problem had a different solution. However, F5GN did confirm your QSO as displayed on QRZ.COM.
