I'm not computer savvy, was wondering if someone could help me in uploading my logbook files from HRD to EQSL, with the eventual uploading of these files to CQ FRIENDS.com. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Again, simple instructions for a simple person. Thanks in advance for the help. 73's de KB4UH Mickey Patterson

1. Create an ADIF file using your log program. In your case, the program is HRD. We will call this file eqsl.adi for this example. Place this ADIF file on your PC desktop. 2. Click the "Upload ADIF" icon on the main eQSL menu 3. Click the Browse Box and locate the eqsl.adi file 4. Click UPLOAD 5. Check your Outbox to make sure the transfer worked properly

Hi Berni.. also if you go into configure in HRD and scroll down to EQSL.. and set it up.. with your call sign, and password... at the top of this box.. there is a tick box put a tick in it.. and each time you log a qso it will automatically go straight to qrz Good luck.. hope this helps..

Jennifer:
I have used the automatic upload and one occasion, it fails to update the HRD datatabase that the qso has been properly uploaded to eQSL. I am not sure if other people have experienced the same issue.
For now, I have decided not to use this feature ...
