I recently downloaded xmlog as it seemed to be a good logging program with good reviews.
I tried to test it by creating a qsl to myself, and everything looked OK. The upload (in the foreground) to eQSL seemed to work OK as well, with the PC online and no error messages. However, the QSL did not appear in my eQSL outbox.
The ADIF test results in the log file not being ADIF compatible. How can I look at the formatted file being output from xmlog, at the input to eQSL during the upload, to determine what is wrong with it?

Your best best would be to scan your ADIF file with a program such as ADIFPROC prior to upload. That program should flag any issues for you. Just use Mr. Google to locate a copy of ADIFPROC.
