Is eQSL going to allow OPERA as a mode or is there a way to record it that I am not aware?

The Olivia mode is part of the ADIF 3.02 specification.

Opera is currently an experimental protocol and is not supported by the ADIF 3.02 specification. Once Opera is in the ADIF specification, eQSL will support that mode of operation.
