Hi,
Is it possible to upload my logbook on qrz.com to eQSL.If so how is it done?

Richard,
I'm not sure what format QRZ.com saves your log, but you should convert it to an ADIF (yourcallherelog.adi) file before uploading to eQSL. You may also want to look at it with an ADIF or TXT editor to make sure it has no errors. Once you are satisfied with the file, go to the link that says 'Upload ADIF Log File' and follow those directions.

QRZ uses the XML format and I am not sure how to convert from XML to ADIF...

Try Googling XML to ADIF converter, there may be some info there. Or QRZ.com forums may have info there too.
