I AM A DISABLED VET. DO NOT COMPREHEND THE SLIDE SHOW ON HOW TO SEND A QSL CARD. QUESTION IS, HOW DO I SEND AN EQSL CARD. PLEASE ADVISE.

Matthew,
In order to send an eQSL, you need to have your QSOs in your OutBox either by using the Manual Entry method or having your electronic logger download an ADIF file to your OutBox.
I see you have 482 QSOs in your OutBox and 382 eQSL cards in your InBox. Your InBox Is where your confirmed QSOs (or eQSLs) are.
It looks like you are doing things right as far as I can see.
Also, you may want to update your QRZ.com page to indicate that you accept eQSL.
