I've scanned around in FAQ and the forums but don't see this one. I'll bet it's on the site somewhere, but here goes:

I just uploaded 3900 QSOs to eQSL and when I look at my INBOX I see several QSOs that are within this date range that still show the RED X and the GREEN CHECK mark indicating (I think) that I have to manually confirm/deny them. When I go to my outbox the QSOs are in there but maybe off by a minute or two. Does the time have to match that closely? 80% of the incoming QSOs in the time period are shown without the RED/GREEN thing soI assume I have QSLd them OK via my upload. What am I missing and where is it explained so I'll know better where to look. As you can tell, I'm rather new at the eQSL game.
