I am curious as to why there is no WAS Award for 12, 17 and 30 meters?

I know there is a WARC WAS Award but it would be nice if there was single band awards too.

Bringing this question back up for visibility. WAS for 12 and 30 would be a good addition to the awards. Every band should be able to acheive a WAS award.
