I use DXKeeper as a log book and I have a eQSL card in DXKeeper to confirmed a QSL contact, But I cannot see it in my inbox on eQSL but I can see the card in DXKepper any ideas as I need it for an award and it is saying not confirmed?

Hi,

If you could download the eQSL graphic with DXKeeper, it does not necessarily mean that you have a credit for eAwards :

- Your QSO partner may have deleted the QSO in the meanwhile
- Maybe he's not "AG" and thus does not count as a credit

In any case, don't look for your QSO in your inbox, but rather in your ARCHIVE BOX. Since you retrieved/displayed the eQSL , it goes straight to the archive box, confirmed or not
