I have been running FT-8 and qso's have been logging. After Jan 13th,2019 they stopped appearing in outbox. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I have over 10,000 QSOs now and in the past earned many eQSL awards but recently it seems QSOs have been removed that were already confirmed for awards. I have uploaded my entire logbook from both QRZ and LOTW and yet for example it says I need a 9 call area for Japan but I have over 30 contacts to the area 9 Japan call area. It would seem that in the past at least one of them had AG but something has changed in the past few weeks as all my previously certified awards now show missing contacts.

What needs to be done?

73 and thanks.

I was about to go with a Platinum account when I saw an offer to do so for $100 but now I find that number not there when I go to the subscription area.

THAT is in addition to no answer from ANYONE at eQSL about what the hell happened to all my contacts?

I will pay a platinum investment for a platinum product but so far I am not seeing one.

Something is wrong when I see that they gave me quite a few awards previously that now show I am not even half way close to earning.

WTH ???
