How does one remove a callsign account please

An account is not deleted from the database unless it was setup by mistake.
When an account is deleted from the database, then all QSO records are deleted from the user's OutBox. This action also means that eQSLs (QSO records) are removed from the InBox and Archive Box owned by every QSO partner that the deleted account user had ever contacted. However, if you no longer wish to use the eQSL.cc service, you may unsubscribe your account. To unsubscribe your account, please go to your MyProfile screen; there you will find an Unsubscribe button near the lower right-hand corner of that screen.
