Hi Tom:
One way to do this is to go to the View Log/Outbox screen. At the top, type in the callsign of the QSO partner. A list of all QSOs with that station will appear on your screen. Select the appropriate QSO record by clicking on Edit.
Now a screen appears that shows the details of that QSO record. Either correct the data or delete the QSO record entirely.
