What do I have to fill in under SatMode when I want to verify a QSO via QO-100?

HI,
When I have to manually check the QSOs I have to enter a sat-mode = SX.
Why? -> When I upload the QSOs with ADIF and I set sat-name to qo-100 and prop-mode to SAT all is fine an QSOs will be confirmed without sat-mode field.
Is there an ADIF-field to be set? Is there an official mode-list (amsat or eshail?) describing the modes.

If you don't set sat mode to SX, you will get : uplink 13 cm on the eQSL if you set sat mode = sx, you will get : 2 way QO 100 mode SX The most important is to set propagation mode=SAT and sat name =QO 100 If you can also add sat mode = sx, it may be a good thing Don't forget the right mode , 3 QSO's in CW, FM, SBB with a same sat count as 3 award credits 73 - F6DKQ https://forum.amsat-dl.org/Edited by F6DKQ Guy FALCOZ on May 13, 2020 at 03:20 PM

So you mean that I do not realy need the sat-mode field... But if I have to manually confirm the QSo by clicking the green circle I have to enter the mode - otherway eqsl does not allow me to save the qso (Error: You have to enter a Satellite Mode".

The question was : Manually....either you enter a new one or reply/confirm manually Manually, you don't have the choice...the system wants everything : - propagation mode - a sat-mode (you have to choose a sat-mode in the drop-down menu) => translated into uplink and downlink band - sat name (you have to choose a sat-name in the drop-down menu) Now, when you upload a file, here are the eQSL adif guidelines : https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/ADIFContentSpecs.cfmI made a test with XYL's account, one record with the sat mode, the other without (but with the band !) Both were accepted, both would count for a sat award since the prop mode = SAT and there's satmode or band 73 -F6DKQ Edited by F6DKQ Guy FALCOZ on Dec 31, 2022 at 03:50 PM

I'm using HRD with automatic upload to eQSL. I'm fillling in the correct data in HRD : propagation : "Satellite" , Satellite name : "QO-100" and Mode "SX" ... but when uploaded to eQSL the Satellite name is changed to "AISAT-1" and the mode box remains empty. So I have to manually correct all my uploads. Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong ? (Yes I'm a rookie in sats) 73 ON4VT

Hi Danny, I see that this question remains unanswered... I don't use HRD, not active on QO-100 either, cannot really test it......easily You'd better put this in the real support ? https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/ContactWebmaster.cfmsome AB sat specialists who never check this forum will reply 73 - F6DKQEdited by F6DKQ Guy FALCOZ on Nov 14, 2022 at 06:43 AM
