Is it the rule if you have two attached accounts both sets of eqsl received are taken into consideration for eaward?

Yes,
credits are shared by attached accounts "When you *attach* an account, it still maintains all its own separate logs, QTH information, eQSL design, etc., but credits are combined for eAward purposes." |
