If I log an entry do I need to do anything else to notify the other operator of my qsl.Also how do I see all the QSOs that I have logged.Apologies for my ignorance on this

You can only notify someone if you enter QSO's manually, one at a time and if (ONLY IF) the other user has choosen to be notified in his profile.
