My name is Luis A Cubero Caban KP4F EX NP4L yesterday my new callsign were authorized by the FCC to KP4F. The problem is the following, I cannot create an account with those callsign since the person who previously owns them has an account in eqsl, for this reason I cannot create a new one or transferred.
