I am applying for the OCEANA award plate. The page stated that I have to pay $13.50. I added that amount via PayPal. Then I went looking how to order it. I can't find where to order it. PLUS I just noticed that you want MORE money. You stated to pay $13.50, and I did this. What is the additional money for ? I've been with you for years and have several awards. If you wanted more than $13.50 why didn't you ask fore it up front ???????

Hi Ralph,

Not too sure....but I think that is is because of your GOLD membership.
You get 2$ automatically each month on your postage/merchandise account.

This is the priviledge of a GOLD membership (no longer available)

The amount you saw is based on all those credits ($106.50), but I think (?) that you can only use half of it for award plates and plaques

Total Available for eAward Plaques $53.25 instead of Total Balance $106.50

A plate costs $85, you have to add $31,75 to your postage/merchandize account

Why 13,50$ ? I don't know...

Guy is correct that only 1/2 of the card printing credits can be used for other things like plaques and plates. However there is indeed something mysterious going on with the totalling software, because it's also only giving you 1/2 credit for your hard currency payments. I'll investigate this, and meanwhile override the system and let you order the plate.

Of course, that's just my opinion... I could be wrong!
