You won't authenticate me because you say my address is wrong on my fcc record. It's not. Fix this please I just donated over $200 in a year and I am still silver. I should be platinum.

What you submitted is a 'REFERENCE Copy' that anybody can download off the FCC web site. Unfortunately, this does not prove your identity. In addition to the reference copy, you can also download an OFFICIAL Copy from the ULS system.
