How can I archive a SWL/QSO without having received an eQSL, but by mail (direct) or via the Buro

HI,

I have to admit that I'm not sure I understand your question
Quote: SWL/QSO

you mean a SWL report ? a qso is a 2 way exchange between 2 licenced hams

To archive an incoming confirmation to a swl report you have sent, simply check the square box at the end of the line (archive) and down the page, click on "move checked eqsl's to archive

Without having received an eQSL (a confirmation of your swl report), you don't have anything, save the report you sent from your outbox

I don't understand what a postal mail or the Buro have to do with eQSL

.....unless you want to print your eQSL to send it via direct or the buro..in this case, well, go to your outbox, display it, print it.
It's straight forward, does not need explanations, but here they are :

FAQ :
To view your own eQSL graphic as it would appear in a hard copy printout you must:
{1} first, navigate to the [OutBoxSelector.cfm |Table of Contents at your Outbox Selector screen page].
{2} Perform either step 2a or step 2b given below:
{2a} To arrive at your Outbox screen, navigate further by clicking on the blue hyperlink text that is shown in the Table of Contents Entries column.
(or)
{2b} To arrive at your Outbox screen, enter a desired callsign in the Callsign Search block; then click on the Search button.
{3} Within each line in the Outbox list, there is an EDIT button shown in the Action column. Scan down the Action column as needed to locate the EDIT button that is on the same line as the desired callsign/QSO record. Click on that EDIT button.
{4} Verify that you have correctly arrived at the Edit/View/Print Log Entries screen; then click on the Display as Card button. You should now see a low resolution (72 dot per inch) image of your own eQSL graphic card.
