Hi, so basic issue is that I have set up an attached account to my original for which I have donated so that I have a bronze membership, with the new account attached it also has bronze membership, and although I have made this new account as the primary account, once the original account is detached, the new account loses its bronze membership.
I am trying to detach the accounts from one another so that I can restart the awards section, but without the two accounts attached and losing my bronze membership.
What can be done to rectify this all will I need to donate for another bronze membership, which would be annoying because I have only recently updated.
