I have created an account for KQ1S/P. When contacts send QSL requests to that call, I have to manually approve all of them.

Second issue is that many of them end up as duplicates under KQ1S.

Any suggestions on how to fix these issues?

It means that you did not upload a KQ1S/p log, to the KQ1S/p account, otherwise you would not have to manually confirm, it would be automatic


if you upload everything to KQ1S and then manually confirm in KQ1S/P, you will create CROSS POSTED records and as soon as there is a significant number , your account will be flagged as invalid for eAwards



No, I can only tell what I do :

I upload 2 distinct logs F6DKQ and F6DKQ/p everything is automatically confirmed, all the rest is garbage, not in my log => rejected

yes, one suggestion : delete the cross posted where they don't belong, before your accounts get invalid

I thought that your response was the answer to my issue. It's not, unfortunately. I have created a separate account for KQ1S/P and uploaded the appropriate ADIF file. However, when my logger uploads to the appropriated nickname for this account, the contact is recorded in the KQ1S account, even when that account has an end date that is prior to the new contact. This is very frustrating. I cannot operate /P because of this. If this isn't possible, I will have to drop my subscription and stop using eQSL. It is not useful to me except when I'm at my primary location. What is the solution to this? Is there a way to talk to an actual person about the issue?

I created all those accounts trying everything that I could find on here for guidance, and always had exclusive ranges. It just wouldn't work. It's unfortunate that you are dropping the case without a referring me to someone who can help. 73.
