I've received a SWL record that looks like a QSO match - except that it isn't. The SWL call is definitely not an amateur call, but this record is lacking the usual accept/reject action boxes. The SWL record is in error anyway.

What is the swl identifier ? if it does not have the green/red boxes, it's usually because you have already confirmed an identical swl report from him, with less than 59 minutes difference.
