I have presently been refreshing my award status' and I in real time see that some of my confirmations just "disappear".
I decided to dig deeper and saw that some of my previously confirmed contacts are now unconfirmed contacts, even though the data is exactly the same for both my and their entries.
I even copied down my contact info, delete my entry and then confirm their entry and it stays UNCONFIRMED.
Admins please check out the 9A9TT contact I have on 20M FT8 just to see this problem. We both have exact entries but the contact stays UNCONFIRMED and I do not know why.
Looking over my logs I appear to have many, MANY log entries just like this and I cannot resolve.
Please tell me how to resolve it on my side or FIX IT if I do not have the power to fix it.
I even have some entries in Yellow that I tried to fix and same problem.

Yup. Still broken. I have 30+ entries that I confirmed, but when I apply for an award it says that the entry needs to be confirmed. If I manually enter the same information, it says it's a duplicate. This doesn't make much sense does it? I reckon you guys should fix it because I have 30+ entries I will be sending screen shots of to the support team as this is not a one off thing, but evidence that something is monumentally broken.
You know what turned me onto this flaw? Getting 8 new grid squares and the counter didn't even move on my egrid award.

Hello? This isn't a good direction that nobody helps paying users of this site. It sets a real bad precedence. I already brought this to the attention of Guy and he has told me there is nothing to be done other than him "passing it onto the webmaster" I have no problem waiting for a fix, but not being acknowledged in this forum is not very nice.
