So recently worked Israel on 10m, QSO confirmed both ways, but no reports on any of the awards, thats eAsia,eDX,eDX100,eGrid or ePrefix. Hope its not because of the current conflict.

Me Too -There seems to be a problem of confirmed QSO's that suddenly disappear on the award listing and then shows as needed there but still shows in Archive and as confirmed in LoTW? But now if adding another confirming a state or DX worked and confirmed, it sometime won't be added either like it is blocked?? It seems to be a problem getting worse but i can't find a reason why, or where it can be reviewed and a comment as why this is?

I have dozens like this if not more than a hundred. QSOs to ESQL with AG and they never appear. Support wants examples and I have to run through m,y log and find them one at a time.

Make sure you understand 2 things about the eAwards:

1. Credit is only given for eQSLs received. If you send one out, but do not get one in return, it does not count for anything. Only received eQSLs are counted.

2. About a year ago we added a new stipulation for the eAwards, namely that if you receive an eQSL and you want to use it for an eAward, you must reciprocate by sending a confirming eQSL matching the one received. (That's only fair!)

When you pull up the Standings for an eAward, it will list all the received eQSLs that are useful for credits, i.e. the sender has Authenticity Guaranteed and has not been blocked by our Awardmasters for having cross-posted eQSLs or things like that. In the far right column, the "Confirmed" column will indicate if you have confirmed each incoming eQSL with an outgoing one of your own. If not, you can either click the icon there, or check your upload file to make sure you have logged that QSO, etc. When you have added all the confirmations that were missing, click the "Process New Confirmations" button at the bottom of the Standings page and make sure all the right-hand columns now have a "Y" in the Confirmed column.

I received a QSL from Paraguay

The Paraguayan has authencity guaranteed and yet this and many others with same status appear nowhere in my lists on ESQL. It is in my logs and it did occur. I have downs if not more than a hundred like this.

When you say you "received a QSL", what do you mean? How did you receive it? I do not see it anywhere in our database. In fact ZP5ZDM has not logged in since 2023, and he has not uploaded any logs in years.

I'm a SWL and I received eQSL from 98 countries. 6 of them (Crete, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Mongolia, Namibia, Taiwan) are not taken into account by eQSL calculations for eDX Award. Can you explain me what happened?

I noticed that now Crete, Namibia and Taiwan are properly accounted for eDX award.
Hong Kong, Luxembourg and Mongolia are still disregarded. Is there any chance that also these last 3 countries will be taken into account in your calculations for eDX award?
