When I try to archive some QSLs I get the following message:

Error: Invalid use of the program. Max Lines corrupt

If you did this from a Logger, please notify your logger publisher that they cannot archive from a logger. Archiving must be done from with the eQSL.cc web site on the Inbox screen. If you tried to move items from your Inbox screen, please contact support! Or use your browser Back Arrow and try again

Since I did not upload these QSLs, I don't see how it's my fault. Can anyone tell me how fix this? I don't see how that many hams can be creating it.
