just to clarify this, thought

on the InBox - there is the option move move any entries to the Archive area.

so, with the OutBox - does that just get longer & longer ?
- you can't Delete any entries - as that will also Delete that entry for the other party.

Both the Out Box & the Archive Box - - just keep getting even longer.

there is an Limit to how long the OutBox can be - - <3000 it seems,
then you will have to Limit how many are actually being dispayed.

whereas the Archive Box - just gets even longer.
