I'm a new Silver+ member of Eqsl I want to upload my LOTW log to Eqsl but I don't see a button to do that. Is it possible or can it be done?

you should Export an ADIF file from LOTW to your PCs Desktop,
and then in eQsl - Upload ADIF from the Main Menu.
