I have numerous contacts with verified operators that do not appear in eAward numbers.

Hi,

Generally, it's either :
- because your correspondent is not "AG" (Authenticity Guaranteed)
- because he's been flagged as invalid for various reasons , cross-posted qso's, high rate of unconfirmed qso's....
